Pearl weed is a bright green plant with delicate stems and small, oblong leaves. While it looks similar to baby tears, its leaves are more elongated and less circular in shape. It thrives under medium to high light conditions and provides excellent cover for small fish and shrimp. It can be kept as a midground plant if trimmed short or as a background plant if allowed to grow out.

Pearl Weed looked great when it arrived. However, it was a very young, small plant with delicate leaves. My guppies and platies picked it apart clean a week later. Was hoping for a more grown plant as I was sent and with orders from this site.
I ordered a decent group of plants including Pearl weed last week, all the others arrived in decent shape but this is what I got for Pearl weed.... I am beyond disappointed.
It took a couple days to get delivered but the pearl weed was still alive. Looked a bit wilted but bounced back once placed in aquarium for a couple days. I received decently sized plants, maybe 2 1/2 in tall. Would buy again
I initially ordered 2 pots of pearlweed, both of which came in extremely small and practically dead. After getting a replacement, the new ones were even worse and there was no plant even in the pot to recover. Customer service was great but this product isn't one I can recommend
The USPS took an extra day to deliver this plant and I think that may be why it met it's demise.. but it basically dissolved in my tank within a couple days. I have a lot of plants thriving in my tank so I don't think it's my water quality. Possibly a postal problem but I can't give a good review since it didn't even last over the weekend.
