90 Day Return Policy
Returns
At Aquarium Co-Op, our goal is to have satisfied customers. We make every effort to inform our customers about how our products work, and what is to be expected. We recognize that sometimes a product may not completely meet the expectations of a customer. We take pride in having a 90-day no-hassle return policy. If you have purchased an item and are not satisfied, we will take it back.
To start a return, email our customer service team at shipping@aquariumcoop.com. Please note that the shipping cost of returning an item is not covered by Aquarium Co-Op.

DOA Policy
We guarantee our live plants will arrive alive. If live plants ordered from us do not arrive in good condition, you can email us photos of the damaged or DOA plants, outside of their packaging and clearly showing the condition, to shipping@aquariumcoop.com and we will issue a refund or gift card for the purchase price.
Non-Returnable Goods
Live products are non-returnable, but still covered under our warranty and DOA policies. If you have issues with live products purchased from Aquarium Co-Op, please reach out to us at shipping@aquariumcoop.com so we can take care of you.
