Micro sword is a grassy-looking plant which will eventually form a dense carpet if grown under medium to higher lighting. As it grows, it will send out runners along the substrate which will form new baby plants. Once it starts taking off, it can grow relatively quickly but usually does not get to be more than a few inches tall. Many aquarists keep this plant trimmed regularly to create a "lawn" effect.
We Include Heat Packs and Liners Free of Charge
We have a custom-developed algorithm to include heat packs and insulating plant liners as needed, based on the weather forecast from our warehouse to your shipping address. This helps keep plants at stable temperatures, both in hot and cold weather. Other vendors typically charge you at checkout for a heat pack. We include them when needed free of charge because it's our job to deliver our plants to your door healthy.
How We Grow and Store Our Plants
We store all of our plants in aquariums with plenty of light and fertilizer to start converting their leaves. This picture is from our warehouse. Not all vendors store their plants in water; many store them out of water in bags straight from the farms. This is more time without light and doesn't give them a head start in growing underwater leaves.
You guys do a great job packing. Item got delayed and it was delivered a day late with no issue. Plants are healthy and green.

Impressed
I ordered this plant in the dead of winter during a cold snap (not a great strategic decision). The plant not only arrived alive, but it also looked happy and healthy. Not only that but the amount of plant exceeded all expectations; it is a very large cluster. It’s currently in quarantine and is doing really well. I’m very excited to get this plant set up in my tank. Will buy again!

Excellent
This arrived in great shape during a cold snap. Having never worked with micro sword before, I didn’t realize how fragile the roots can be. Many of them broke, but the plant was healthy enough that after burying an easy green root tab and planting it, it’s growing more daughter plants in about two weeks. Great quality?

So much
I ordered 2 pots and there was so much in each. Hoping it fills in nice and is a good place for my shrimplets.

Adorable!
Bought these in September, and these are exactly what I'd hoped for. They didn't really melt, maybe they turned a little yellow at first. The main problem was they took a while to really anchor themselves. Now some have spread and somehow attached to a rock. The mystery snail still uproots some patches now and then, but no problem.

Alternative to hairgrass
This little plant surprises me. Sometimes it takes off. Sometimes you think it didn't make it and a month later you see sprouts.
Great in all of my tanks. I even have some in a brackish.
Only gave it a 4 because it is NOT hairgrass. Never had any luck.
