The size of the mat is larger than the ones I ordered in the past. I haven’t had success growing this in the past but I’m hoping this time around it will grow. Bought 2 and attached them to sections of large driftwood. The edges are quite sharp. I was nervous wrapping it around the wood both for my fingers and wondering if the fish will get scraped swimming by it.

Moss arrived in good shape, and attached to wire which could allow for very easy application inside the tank. I did leave it in the box for too long after delivery (like 2 days) - and it was still quite alive. So must have been in very good shape considering the trip.

Unfortunately only 1/3 of the Java Moss Mat was alive and green. The other 2/3 brown and dead. I'm waiting to see if it's going to recover. Even the part that's still alive doesn't come close to looking like the picture - live and learn
