Anubias nana 'petite' quickly became very popular within the aquarium trade because of its tiny, deep green leaves and ease of care. It is one of the smallest Anubias varieties in the hobby and therefore well-suited as a foreground plant especially in larger aquariums. Anubias nana petite is slow-growing and thrives in low lighting. Its rhizome will grow along horizontally as it sends leaves upward, and it reaches a height of only a couple inches tall once established.

The Anubias Nana Petite is one of my favorite plants. It came in quickly and packed beautifully. It was large enough that I made two plants out of the one. They are tucked in crevices of some Dragon Stone and doing very well.

These arrived in fantastic condition! I was very impressed with the quality of the plants and how they were shipped. The plants and roots were very clean. No issues at all after a 4 hour alum bath and adding in to my aquarium. The bunch of plants were large, so I was able to split 3 plants into 5 plants. .

I don't understand the use of insulated bags if a heat or cool pack is also not included. When I received my order it was mildly hot - low to mid 80's, but opening the insulated bag it felt 10-15 degrees hotter inside. The anubias felt like I was removing spinach from the microwave. I put them in the tank anyway hoping the rhizome was still ok but the whole plant just dissolved completely away.
