Looks very realistic, like a rock. The black plant basket that most aquatic plants come in fits in perfectly. Wanted something to hold plants down without putting them in the gravel but wanted something that looked somewhat natural. Great product!
Very life-like look and texture, stays at bottom of tank. Finally have my plants staying where I want them to. I have tried other plant weights without success due to my Axolotl wanting to climb on them, not an issue with this weight.

These planters look good in the aquarium and are very practical when you need to move plants easily in and out of breeding tanks. Recommended!
You can plop a planted basket right into the hole and place the whole thing anywhere in your tank that you want, OR you can even plant directly in the hole! And, it looks so real! Absolutely love this!

One of the things I dislike the most about planters is that they tend to look ugly. Not these! They look great and they help keep my plants away from my Geophagus tapajos! Highly recommended!
