Mayca fluviatilis is a soft, bushy stem plant with thin leaves that are a light green in color, and its fine texture contrasts nicely against larger-leaved plants. Because of its unique, moss-like appearance, it is commonly referred to as the "stream bogmoss." This easy-to-grow plant does well in medium lighting or higher. Once established, it will grow quickly and provide a lush hiding spot for fish and shrimp.
Unique Fuzzy Texture
This unusual stem plant has such an interesting, fuzzy texture that stands out from the other plants. When given plenty of light and Easy Green fertilizer, it can grow into a forest of yellow-green, feathery fronds. Just cut off the tops as they get taller and replant them into the ground for easy propagation.

John's review Mayaca Fluviatilis b
Plant arrived in a mystery box. Plant was in good condition. I separated the plant into individual plantlets using them as a border along a slate ridge. Less than a week later, I was getting new growth. Very pleased with this plant.

Beautiful plant
Got a very nice chunk of stems that barely so much as shed some needle leaves after putting in my tank. Beautiful green vs some other varieties of this plant!

It's ok I guess
I was expecting something a little more established. A few of the small stems floated out of the bunch and now float.

Great plant.
It's starting to take off now but it's turned a real light color.

Mayca Fluviatilis is crazy
I only order from Aquarium Co-op for plants. Never a delay in shipping. Always bad azz packaging. Just a flawless process. This Mayca Fluviatilis exceeded expectations. I just added it to an order for the heck of it. It's crazy cool. Flows in the current like it's been there for years. Highly recommend this one.
