Dwarf hairgrass is a moderately easy plant to grow. Many aquarists use dwarf hairgrass to achieve a lawn type of effect because of its thin, grass-like leaves, though this requires medium to high lighting. Dwarf hairgrass propagates itself by sending out runner plants. If left to grow, it will form a lush carpet in your aquarium, making it a popular choice in the hobby.
We Include Heat Packs and Liners Free of Charge
We have a custom-developed algorithm to include heat packs and insulating plant liners as needed, based on the weather forecast from our warehouse to your shipping address. This helps keep plants at stable temperatures, both in hot and cold weather. Other vendors typically charge you at checkout for a heat pack. We include them when needed free of charge because it's our job to deliver our plants to your door healthy.
I love the plants from A/Coop. I received the plant with a 72 hour warmer pack insuring the health of the plant, packaged with care for its journey. Received intact, no damage. Also the root tabs seem to be the best for my tank. Have tried others but they all seem to fail my plants. Thankyou to all the crew at Aquarium Co-op!! Happy Spring!!

Excellent quality!
I purchased the Dwarf Hairgrass for my tank and it’s growing beautifully. We were experiencing extreme cold weather but the package was well packed. All plants survived. I will be purchasing more plants from Aquarium Co-op.

Thriving
This is a great plant. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to keep it alive because it says medium difficulty but the plant is thriving and already making more little grass shoots. Thanks again Aquarium Co-op!

No complaints here
Ordered Jan 23, arrived Jan 27. Minimal melting after planting. I broke it up and spread it around my tank. Growth is slowly happening now (late feb). I have fluval stratum under a sand and gravel cap and use seachem flourish excel, but no CO2 added.

Perfect
The grass came in so quick and the pack was still heated by the time it got to me. Both of them were a pretty decent sized planted pot and I was able to get around five bunches out of each pot that I purchased. They were also already very well grown with very minimal Brown strands.

Came in a big portion but turned brown after one week of planting into substrate. Hopefully it comes back soon.

Plants ok shipping bad.
The shipping was pretty bad. It took longer than expected with the weather we received and the plants arrived cold with sub freezing temperatures. They seem to have recovered.
