Anubias nangi is unique hybrid with elongated, pointy leaves instead of the typical rounded leaves that other Anubias varieties have. It grows horizontally via its rhizome across your tank while sending bright green leaves upwards, which eventually adopt a deeper green color once established. Anubias nangi has thick, strong leaves that are great for aquariums with African cichlids and goldfish.
Attach to Rock or Wood
For a natural look, anubias plants can be attached to rock or driftwood with super glue gel. Simply draw a small line of glue on the hardscape, and firmly press the roots of the anubias in place for 30 seconds or until set.
Plant Transition
Anubias leaves are quite hardy and don't tend to melt when placed underwater. However, this slow-growing plant can take several weeks to get used to a new environment and start sprouting new leaves. Dose Easy Green fertilizer to speed up the transition.
Perfect for the Easy Planter
This natural, rock-like decoration is perfect for the lazy fishkeeper. Just drop the entire anubias with its pot into the center hole of the Easy Planter, and place it in your aquarium. Works great with bare bottom tanks or fish that like to dig.
We Include Heat Packs and Liners Free of Charge
We have a custom-developed algorithm to include heat packs and insulating plant liners as needed, based on the weather forecast from our warehouse to your shipping address. This helps keep plants at stable temperatures, both in hot and cold weather. Other vendors typically charge you at checkout for a heat pack. We include them when needed free of charge because it's our job to deliver our plants to your door healthy.
i glues 2 types of anubias and 2 types of java ferns to my aquarium wood. one anumbias died pretty quick, but the Nangi is still going strong. i just glued the entire contents of the littlepot to my driftwood for the anubias(not sure if that was the right way to do it.) the java fern i seperated the roots and superglues the roots to the wood. overall, good experience, plants look good and my silver dollars and oscar leave them alone. the dead one was probably my fault. would order from here again.

Super cool anubias
Came looking good, thick, green and with new leaves. Still in the pot getting cozy with my water but looks really healthy. Recommend if you want a medium sized thick leafed anubias

Healthy Anubias nangi
I've ordered Anubias nangi twice (along with other plants), and they always arrive quickly and in good health. I'm quite happy with the size of the plants, too!

Beautifully Packaged
I ordered my plants right before the snow storm hit Alabama. Despite UPS delivery being delayed 2 days due to the weather my plants arrived in excellent condition with zero wilting. Very impressed with Aquarium Co-Op!

Amazing packaging!
I ordered some plants from Aquarium Co-Op on January 15th, and they were scheduled to arrive by January 21st. Unfortunately, a snowstorm hit South Alabama and delayed the delivery by two days. Naturally, I was concerned about the plants surviving such a delay, especially considering they would be sitting on a UPS truck in freezing cold temperatures.
To my surprise, the plants arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was top-notch, and it’s clear that Aquarium Co-Op took extra care to ensure the plants would be protected from the elements. Even after being exposed to the cold for two days, the plants looked healthy and vibrant when they arrived.
I’m truly impressed with the quality of their service and packaging. It’s clear they care about the products they send out and the customers they serve. Highly recommend!
