This pleco cave provides the perfect spot for plecos to breed or hide just as they would do in their natural habitat. Works well for bristlenose plecos as well. It can also provide a great hiding place for other catfish and some dwarf cichlids.
Easy Way to Breed Plecos
Bristlenose, rubber lip, and many other types of plecos love to use these caves. Just stick a few in the aquarium, cover them with plants or decor to hide them, and feed the plecos plenty of food to condition them for breeding.
Great Size for Plecos
This terracotta cave fits most plecos that are 6 inches or less. It also has triangular sides so that it won't roll around and can be easily stacked with other caves to create a "pleco hotel."
This pleco cave looks good in my aquarium, is a great size, and my fish love it. Great value for the price on this.

Bristlenose
As my bristlenose pleco has grown, it out grew it’s hiding spot. As soon as I put this cave into the tank it became its new home. I think it’s the perfect size, and my plants should start to blend it in to the scape soon.

Pleco Cave
The cave is great. I have 5 of them. My blue eyed lemon pleco is 6 inches and he is in the cave as much as he hides in his log. I also have several YoYo loaches that are 6 inches long that use them regularly. Even the venuzelian corydoras use them. I can't recommend them enough. They are also great to attach anubias and java ferns to. You can't go wrong with these caves

Aquarium Co-Op Pleco Cave
Hey guys, just wanted to give you a quick review on the Pleco Caves (plural, I got 4 of them!) I got from the Aquarium Co-Op website.
I recently added a Super-Red Bristtlenose Pleco, L144, and a pair of Colombian Zebra Plecos, L129 to my 200 gallon tank. Needless to say, they needed somewhere to go hangout and chill. To my surprise, trying to find pleco-caves locally presented itself to be more challenging than I thought! Fortunately the Aquarium Co-Op had them in stock, I must say… for being something that has “one job”, they actually accomplished their objectives! And this is without being overly dramatic, all the plecos found a cave to claim with in the first 30 minutes of me placing them in the tank! So… Pleco-Caves; tested and approved by true experts (the fish themselves!!!).

Shrimp Hideout
Placed in my tank hoping that my loaches would have a place to hide. While they hid under it, my shrimp tended to hide inside it.

High Quality and smooth finish
I've been looking for a good pleco cave that wasn't super rough textured. This one isn't polished smooth necessarily like glass or anything but it is smooth and without a scratchy lip at the entrance. Very happy with the quality and size. Also shipped very quickly despite being far from the new Kentucky warehouse. Thanks Coop!

Great size for adult Bristlenose plecos
Got 3 of these caves, spread out in my 125 Gal. Was a bit concerned about caves maybe being too small since my adult's Bristlenose tails were sticking out, but they still spawned 100+ fry, so they work great!
