Perfectly Hatch Brine Shrimp Every Time

To get started, get high-quality brine shrimp eggs, a hatchery, Easy Brine Shrimp Salt, and a measuring spoon. (Depending on the hatchery, you may require extra equipment like airline tubing and an air pump.)

How to Hatch Baby Brine Shrimp

Use 1 tablespoon of Easy Brine Shrimp Salt and 1 teaspoon of brine shrimp eggs per 1 liter of water. Aerate the water with an air pump. If the water is warmed to 74–82°F, you should be able to harvest the baby brine shrimp in 24–48 hours.

Another Great Product from ACO

Before switching to ACO Brine Shrimp Salt, I was using high quality marine salt, which worked well, but ACO Salt is finer and thus dissolves more quickly (within 10-15 minute in my experience) and I do believe I'm seeing an improved hatch rate. Plus, ACO Salt is less expensive pound for pound vs the marine salt I was using. A winner all around.
