  • Stimulates growth in root-feeding plants
  • Full of essential plant nutrients and minerals
  • Safe for shrimp, snail, and fish

If you have rooted plants in your aquarium, Easy Root Tabs are a great option to give your plants even more nutrients than substrate and fish waste alone. They're packed with mineralized top soil containing red clay and many other essential minerals plants need to thrive. Unlike many other aquarium root tabs out there, Easy Root Tabs do not contain ammonia-based ingredients and will not cause harmful effects if the contents of the capsule are released into the water column.

Root Tabs

It's a pain to put and keep inside the soil. I haven't kept them long enough to say anything about how well it does to the plants. Came in perfectly packaged, nothing damaged!

I’ve had wonderful results!

These root tabs are easy to use and your plants will tell you exactly when they want more. I love them for my swords especially and I have no problem placing them in a sand, stratum, etc. On the rare occasion that the contents do ‘leak’ up out of the substrate, it stays in a blob and can be sucked up with a pipette to place back where you want it.
