Aquarium co op made it right when these crypts froze on the way to me. Heat pack didn’t seem to work

The plants I received took to my tank great they are all doing and growing well

Plants arrived healthy and beautiful. I had the classic crypt melt when planted but the are growing back already.

Plants always come in perfect shape.

Despite being packaged immaculately the plant showed up looking a bit sad with some broken stems. Despite initial concerns, once I got it into my aquarium it thrived and looks amazing. I also used the easy planter with this plant and it did great in that.

My plants arrived all within a few days. They are carefully packed and are very wet when you receive them. And they are packed in a nice cooler bag so when you open the package, you don't have water all over the place. They take extremely good care of their plants when shipping to you and they will arrive in great condition

I absolutely love the new plants in my aquarium! My crypto and banana plants arrived frozen, no fault of aquarium co-op though. It was packaged well with insulation and heat pack but at -4 and a wind chill of -15 it was bound to happen during delivery. On a good note, both plants are perking up and I’m hopeful they will survive.
