Tiger lotus is just a beautiful plant with reddish-green to deep red leaves that have darker spots that are often purplish in color. When given medium light and plenty of nutrients, this plant will thrive. As it grows, tiger lotus plants will display its large leaves below the surface of the water while simultaneously sending lily pads up to reach the surface. It does well as a midground to background plant, but because it is so impactful, it can make a great standalone plant as well.

Arrived without any death leaves . I usually cut the bottom of the pot and put it upside down for a few weeks so it can take root undisturbed by my geophagus
This is my absolute favorite in beginner plants. They are so easy, so resilient and by far the most colorful you can get in a low tech set up.
Ordered two of these, one came in detached for the bulb. I planted the top and it didn’t make it. The bulb started to grow another plant with in 3-4 days!

I’ve purchased several plants from aquarium co-op throughout the years. All have arrived healthy and just as depicted in the photos. I don’t think I’ve even been unsatisfied with a plant from here.

I am a total novice with growing aquatic plants but so far these guys seem healthy and strong. I simply dropped them into my tank and they seem happy. I am looking forward to watching them grow!
Great colors, good looking plant. The leaves were a little banged up during shipping but I'm told this is to be expected
The bulb hasn't grown any roots yet and the little plant has disappeared. I couldn't get it to stay on the bottom. I think the sucker fish must have eaten it.
