Great light super bright and great for plants. I will say it doesn’t quite make blues pop as much as my old hyger lights, but everything else is so much brighter and vibrant. Pictures of my tank are taken with the Coop light installed
I expect the plants to do well, Much brighter than my Hygger and seems better built. Dimmer is good but all manual buttons no timer or daylight cycles. I'd have given the light a 5 if it had a built in daylight cycle and legs on the extensions to hold the light at least a little above the tank. Resting on the rim of the tank its a 1/2 inch off the glass lid, if its not on the rim its only 1/4 inch above glass.
I’m replacing lights I bought not long ago with these. So much nicer and easier to use. ACO needs to get a new vendor because I need some sold out sizes. These lights are great.
So glad that I was able to grab one before they are all gone. I had plants at the bottom of my 20 long that I had completely forgotten about!
reliable and very versatile
These lights have been perfect for my aquarium which is 22 inches deep. Originally I bought a higly-rated Finnex light. The shorter plants and even some of the background plants weren't getting sufficient lighting. Many of the plants withered. I now use three lights and all the plants are doing very well. I may be able to go down to two iight strips, but not sure I want to change what is working.

Construction is solid and adjustability is great. Outputs enought light to get my Val to pearl in a 55 gal and dissipates heat well enough to barely get warm when on 100%.
Quality product and quick delivery
I currently have 5 Aquarium Co-op lights on tanks from 20 gallon breeder to 75 gallon. Set on 10-20% power I can grow Anubias, Java Fern and Java moss, Flame moss and Guppy grass. Great light and great color to my fish.
