Automatically switches to battery use during a power outage
Powerful air flow with 5 adjustable levels
1-year hassle-free warranty
The air pump you've always needed is here. Keep your aquarium water well-oxygenated and your fish healthy in absolutely any scenario — even when the power is out. To give you peace of mind, the Aquarium Co-Op air pump utilizes a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that automatically switches to battery use if it loses power. It can be run continuously for approximately 20 hours on a single charge and can run in Power Save mode (where the air cycles between 15 seconds on and 15 seconds off to conserve battery) for 40 hours or more. Note: the printed manual has not been updated yet and incorrectly states that the battery runs for 8 and 16 hours.
Quiet Operation
Designed to run quietly, barely above the sound of a quiet library. Its sound levels are lower than a normal household room with everything turned off. In fact, the bubbles from the air in the water are louder than the pump itself.
Storm Ready
Our air pumps have a built-in lithium-ion battery. When the power goes out, the air pump continues to run automatically. Works as normal when plugged in via USB Type C and then continues to run when the power is out. If anything happens, you can trust in our 1-year, hassle-free warranty.
Up to 40 Hours of Battery Power
Our air pump has a nifty Power Save mode. By turning on this feature, the air pump will turn on for 15 seconds, then off for 15 seconds in a cycle. This extends the battery life up to 40 hours, keeping your fish oxygenated during a power outage.
Adjustable Air Flow
Push the arrows button on the pump to set the amount of air flow. The 5 flow levels can be adjusted to create a nice, slow flow for fish like bettas or reduce the bubble noise if needed.
Delivers Air to Both Shallow and Deep Tanks
We built this air pump to be used with both nano tanks and large, deep tanks. It is powerful enough to run a sponge filter in Cory's 800-gallon aquarium, which is 40 inches in height.
This is a great, quiet product for your fish tanks. While personally use this product sparingly since I have a larger fish room which requires a larger air pump. However, I have used this product for smaller fry tanks and as an air pump for summer tubs outside (housed inside a waterproof box). I found this product to be quiet and works as expected. I am especially impressed with the battery backup features and Power Save mode (cycles on and off every 15 seconds). These are a great insurance policy in case of a power outage! Highly recommend!

Awesome Air Pump
I don’t have to worry about losing my fish if the power goes out!! Which is what actually happened during the night about a month ago. The only thing that was on in the house were the air pumps on my aquarium. Worked perfectly for over 5 hours!

Air pump
The 2 I have have been good. When I did have a small issue it was remedied immediately! If your power goes out they are a must have.

4 tanks on the dual outlet!
I have the dual outlet pump running four 20 gallon tanks, one sponge filter in each. I have it above the tanks so no check valves, and it runs them on the lowest power setting. I consider it a very quiet pump, but not silent.

These pumps are great
I have two 210 gallon aquarium. These pumps are super quiet and very strong. They will reach to the bottom of a 30 inch tall tank sitting on top of a 36 inch tall stand with plenty of power. I bought these in case the power goes out, they plug-in and work like a regular air pump, but when the electricity stops, they have a battery that automatically kicks in and will keep the oxygen level in your tank up, giving you plenty of time Hours to help rescue your fish I’ve tried several other options. These pumps are the best. I forgot to mention that you can regulate how strong the pump is with two buttons you can increase or decrease the flow of air right from the pump without adding a valve as with any air pump you should not operate this without a check valve to prevent any water Traveling back towards the pump. I have also placed one of these pumps on my 75 gallon tank and one on my 45 gallon cube tank

dependable air
I have both the single outlet and dual outlet Aquarium Co-Op battery backup air pumps. I love them! Our power goes out several times a year. Before I had them I would worry because I wrap my tanks to keep the heat in and also use the heat packs under the blankets if it is winter and the power is out. Now even when the power goes out in winter I don't have to worry about anything but heat. I can recharge them when we run the generator during the day. I have also cut a piece of coarse sponge pad to use as a vibration damper. One is on my desk. All air pumps vibrate so that helps. I can still hear it but I can't feel the vibration through the keyboard nearly as much. I also love that I can adjust the air output on the pump. Plus the black just fades into the background. I need to get more!

Has been tested during a short term power outtage
Worked like a champ! Powered both my filters for about 8 hours when the power went out. I have no reason to think it wouldn't have kept going had I needed it - but, fortunately the power came back on. Thanks ACO
