Nice and Easy

This is a good siphon. Easy to use and a good length. I do wish the hose diameter was a bit bigger, but this works well for small tanks.

Smaller siphon is handier

I’ve been using a larger siphon with a larger diameter tube which produces much greater siphon vacuum force to clean both 37 and 10 gallon tanks. In the smaller tank that’s more heavily planted, I needed something smaller to fit in narrower spaces and with less suction to keep plant roots, fry and shrimp safe. This works perfectly!

The little vac that could

This is a great little vacuum and the flow of water is perfect for what I needed for my nano tank - not so weak that it takes forever but not so strong it drains my tank too fast! The head attaches securely to the hose and overall I’m very happy with it!

Works a lot better than what I can find in bigger stores

With these siphon vacs, you usually want to use them to not only perform a water change, but pull some waste out of your aquarium if possible. A lot of other siphons I've used have had extremely thick tubing where you can't pinch the line, meaning you can't control suction or easily clean up waste in a sandy tank especially. They work for moving water but not much else. This one lets me pull up sand, separate out the waste, and then only take the waste while dropping the substrate back down, because I can control when there's suction. Truly a game-changer for keeping the tanks clean!

Tiny and convenient

The siphon gravel vac mini is the perfect size to clean my nano tank. It can reach really small hard to get to areas so easily. It has made tank maintenance quicker which I appreciate.

Simplicity!

This low tech siphon is great for my 10gal. The hose pinches well without being flimsy. Happy with it and ACoop value priced vs retail stores!
AC is my “go to “ for pretty much all my regular fish keeping supplies. Super service as well!
