These rock-like planters great for setting up an easy aquascape. They allow you to move the plants as often as you want and keep fish from digging up your plants. They are especially great for goldfish and African cichlid tanks. There is a hole in the bottom center of the decoration that allows plant roots to reach substrate.
Easy Way to Plant
With certain types of aquarium plants, you can totally keep them in the plastic basket. Just slip 1-2 root tabs in the rock wool and drop the potted plant into the Easy Planter. The sturdy decor will prevent rambunctious fish from knocking over the plant or digging it out of the ground.
Natural-Looking Decor
We made the Easy Planter to look like natural rock that elevates the look of your planted tank in seconds. There is a large hole in the bottom of the decor, which allows plant roots to grow through the pot and directly into the substrate. Or you can use the Easy Planter in a bare bottom aquarium, like this one.
I especially like the mix of planted plants and plants in this planter, plus this faux-rock planter looks great, blends in perfectly with aquarium decor

Perfect bulb pot
Got this in my 36 gallon bow front that’s planted with a variety of plants. I put a red lily bulb in it and it’s perfect! Keeps the bulb on bottom and lets the roots go down.

Very Useful
This product is the best thing since sliced bread. My only complaint is that there aren't any different shapes of the holder.

Great addition to our nano tanks
Just bought my fourth planter; and we are by no means finished. These planters are heavy enough to stay put, tall enough to cover a plastic pot, and blend in nicely with our tank's decor. If a dark grey or black version were offered, we would probably buy those colors, as well.

Second year use
Bought three last year. The plants planted in this, grew strong and the roots got so thick under the soil that I was able to replanted if desired.still being used this year and added another one. Fish pulling. Plants out not a problem. Real look.

Great products
I didn’t realize that the bottom of this planter was open so roots could grow down into aquatic soil. Nice!
