I received plants, I ordered two; one looks good, and the rhizome looks healthy and dense.
Unfortunately, the second one leaves have already fallen off, and the rhizome is mushy, meaning that it is dead. This is the second time I have gotten a sick or dying plant.
The first time was with a Pink Flamingo Crypt., which was a costly one, I don't recall saying anything at the time, but since your company staff is asking for a survey, I will include my dislike. I understand that, on occasion, these events can happen, but twice makes me think that somebody or someone is not quality-checking the merchandise.
I have had aquatic plants for 30 years or so; it only has been recently that I started purchasing thru the internet, and my experience has been disappointing, and the only reason I continue to purchase from the Coop is that they offer other products I have not been able to find somewhere else, and I don't want to use Jeff Bezos company eighter. So, my conclusion for those reading this survey is that you will get reasonably healthy plants most of the time, just don't expect it all the time; it's a business (wink, wink). Buyer beware!
Oh, by the way, all four or five Golden Anubias I purchased are nice and healthy.....Gee, how convenient four good, one bad, five good, one bad, two good, one bad, get my drift! (wink, wink).
